The Comprehensive Approaches to Raising Educational Standards (C.A.R.E.S.) program provides a comprehensive approach to increasing child care quality by offering financial incentives to providers for remaining in the child care field. They also offer continued education and training. To ensure these goals are attainable, C.A.R.E.S. provides necessary support, such as training opportunities, site visits, technical assistance, case management, and professional growth advising.
